I joined the team as associate art director just as we embarked on a redesign with David Armario Design. These samples are from the finished product, which still exists today. I also art directed special issues and a portion of the feature well, working with freelance photographers and illustrators across the country.

As designer, I was responsible for 1 or 2 features per issue at this fast paced bi-weekly tech publication. Often, visual solutions involved close collaboration with the editors and infographics. Art directing photoshoots remotely, as our subjects were spread across the country, was a new challenge.
